I like New Year’s Resolutions. In 2015, mine was to make an ambient album, with a song for each month. This is it. I started it a month late, so I made January in the first week of 2016.* Since then, it has mostly sat on my hard drive, gathering digital dust. I’ve occasionally fiddled with it. I’ve enjoyed listening to it every now and then. I’ve figured out that it is exactly as long as my normal route for walking the dog. I’ve meant to call it done. I am releasing it in honor of 2018 and to make space for new things to come. I hope you enjoy it.
